Our gas fired furnaces is 70CBM which is 3 meters wide, 8.7meters long and 3 meters high. Besides, there’s still another electric tempering furnace.

Product Features
Before using equipment, welding and precision welding process
Not only can make the small diameter and thickness of the tube, but also large diameter and short pipe and plastic system
Shut and Preweld
Substep to press the opening shaped steel pipe to make it be shape of “o”, to be more small opening steel pipe, at the same time make preweld.
Inside Weld
Take tandem sequence submerged arc welding to weld the inside seam of steel pipe.
Outside Weld
Take tandem sequence submerged arc welding to weld the outside seam of steel pipe.
Finish
Step press the welded steel pipe to make it be accurate roundness and straightness.
Expand
Expanding, aligning, full circle the entire length of the steel pipe.
Flaw Detection
Full weld flaw detection the weld seam and heat affected zone.
Temper
Tempering the finished steel pipe to eliminate the welding stress.
